They are the same as suggesting that a woman who is being attacked by a serial killer should stop trying to resist, not call for help and just let herself be murdered, because the clothes she was wearing provoked him.
It is rather disgusting to hear pro Putin propaganda day in day out.

So are the Chinese Communist Party... but half the stuff in your home was probably made by them! The West is literally arming China, just like we armed Putin by buying his gas and oil. Foreign policy is not easy, especially when (1) it involves giving billions to a third country when we don't have enough money for our own citizens (2) there is a risk the war escalating into World War III. |

But it is not a woman being attacked by a serial killer it is much more complicated and nuanced than that and much rests in history with each party having issues. We do have to recognise that the tougher party has a capability to destroy us all if he is pissed off enough. Being a dead hero who is in the right is still dead as are all those he demanded follow him. Things have moved on a little since Munich. |

Give Ukraine everything they need to defeat him.

So that's what is going on with Israel/Lebanon/Iran/Syria/Yemen. And I thought it was about a war roughly divided on religious lines. |

There's been Islamic terrorism attacks all around the globe. The war against Al Qaeda & similar Islamist terrorist groups is World War 3. There's even been Islamic terrorism against Sweden.

He can basically fire a nuke at any non-nuclear state and not get a nuclear response from NATO. It would be tragic, but nobody is going to end the world over a third party. |

And it's a phoney war because none of the politicians can bring themselves to attack the real problem - the ideology of Islam. And the idea that Ukraine can ever defeat Russia is insane. No matter how many weapons we give Ukraine they will always ultimately be defeated by lack of manpower. Prolonging the war by arming Ukraine just means that more Ukrainians die. |

They are talking about entering negotiations because our countries are all suffering under a mountain of debt, so giving Ukraine huge piles of cash for the next 10 years doesn't feel like a good idea. His nukes mean NATO cannot go in to end the war quickly... so this war will drag on and on for years and years. Even our generals think at least 6 more years. |
