Today we look back to the inventors, the innovators, the explorers of the Victorian era with pride. In 100 years time people will look back to the early 21st century and ask, why the hell did people sit back and allow politicians to trash this country by flooding it with illegals from the EU. I do often wonder what my grandparents or my parents for that matter, would think of the situation in this country today. I recently listened to someone ask an audience - 'hands up anyone who think they're worse off than there grandparents'. Not a single hand was raised. This is good, it's progress, it means people today are better off. Unfortunately many people today don't understand this, and that's a real shame. |

Also it shouldn't need to be explained, but your graph refers to asylum applications, not illegal immigration. |
