Well, Gethin's control freak predecessor set out his agenda to have the most diverse cabinet of any political body. Gethin was made health minister and admitted, following the revelation of countless failures, that the job was beyond his ability.Yet he did not resign and because this is labour we're talking about, where competence is never required as long as you are black, homosexual or have made plans to chop your dick off, the wanker running the show recruited a woman to DO the health minister's job while Gethin pranced around podiums making himself seem important. The problem Starmer presents is the same Wales has had to put up with for decades. Where 'qualities' other than 'having at least some inkling of competence at the job' remain the driving force for getting the job, incompetent arseholes will get jobs others could do better The fact that they are black incompetent arseholes, lesbian or gay incompetent arseholes, or eunuch (or wannabe eunuch) incompetent arseholes really isn't the point, the point is competent experienced white heterosexual men DON'T get the job And there's never once in the history of the UK Parliament been a white Minister promoted beyond their ability? Boris Johnson? Chris Grayling? Michael Gove? Liz Truss? Gordon Brown? Ed Miliband? All The Best You’re obviously not listening or don’t want to Are any of those examples a result of a deliberate policy of empowering a diversity candidate over a normal one Did we allow Boris to become prime minister because he led tbe tory party to a massive majority compared to the wet and incompetent remainer that took over after cameron ran away, or because he was tbe great great great ? Grandson of Kemal Attaturk ??

Yousuf also stood for election within his parties normal processes and WON. It seems to me you are saying you only accept Democracy if it fields white males you agree with. News Flash: That is NOT Democracy.

All The BestWell for a start I don't know or care that much about the bagpipe ayatollah. He's Thomas and Mirayloon's messiah. I'm not talking about the rigged leadership election either, you know, the one where unions were not allowed to cast votes for Jeremy Miles, but only for the corrupt Zambian. You DID know that of course ? I mean, it was all over the BBC pages for a start that some rule meant the union block vote component could only go to someone who took union money to sit on their arse as a union official, and voting for a labour man who had worked for a living instead of sitting on his arse as a union official was not allowed .... I'm referring to his being given a ministerial job in the first place by Wankford And there is indeed demonstrable proof that Wankford put diversity ahead of any other criteria when choosing his ministers, he stood up and SAID he was doing it

So Unite admit they were happy with how the vote was handled. There's no suggestion Unite would have voted any different, only sour grapes from the person they didn't vote for. Welsh Labour are happy the vote proceeded in accordance with the rules. Unite are happy the vote proceeded in accordance with the rules. The loser of that vote is not happy with the outcome, but admits the vote proceeded in accordance with the rules. So where exactly is the issue here? Other than Welsh Labour elected someone with a brown skin? Would I be happy with those voting rules? No, I wouldn't. But then I am not happy with FPTP either. All The Best

But I also see that the "problem" was in accordance with the rules of the system. Just like all the problems of FPTP are within the rules of our electoral system. I have friends and family not happy with the FPTP system that inordinately favours the big-two; but they don't piss and whine about it, but only when the person so elected has brown skin. That you continually reference the colour of his skin makes me think that it most definitely is a part of the issue for you, and that would indeed mean there was an element of racism to your post. But perhsps you would prefer i lue and call him a corrupt WHITE bastard ?

This is quite interesting…. Nation.Wales are a pro independence poodle of the welsh assembly who receive back-handed funding through public money diverted to an Aberystwyth based ‘bookshop’ They are therefore the last place on earth i would expect to find criticism of the corrupt Zambian But what’s this ? nation.cymru/opinion/stitch-up-politics-must-be-rejected-and-defeated/An article proving that the antics used by Unite went against their own rules. The union was only permitted to apply its endorsement to candidates SEEKING ELECTION to the assembly. Both Jeremy Miles and The Corrupt Zambian were already members and therefore the Union had no mandate within its revised ruleset to support either candidate for leadership. What is however interesting is the article’s reference to the similar stitch up with Alun Michael. Now i heard several friends who are members of Welsh Labour refer to this but i had no idea what they were talking about. The above makes it crystal clear. First you need to understand the dodgy way the Assembly works in regional seats is the parties standing candidates submit as many names as they like, the Tories for example listed almost a hundred in South Wales East. There are only four seats going, but the system states that when a seat is won by a party, only a name on the list can be made the AM, but which one gets it is exclusively in the gift of the National Nominating Officer. By having hugely more names than seats, the party insulates itself against a by election if illness, death or other intentions deprive the party of any one candidate But as this Nation.Wales post points out, the widow of the second First Minister made a public statement of her disgust at a repeat of a stitch up from 25 years ago. Back then Blair hated the idea of Rhodri Morgan getting the FM job. He wanted Alan Michael to get it. He conspired with Peter Hain to fix the vote. At that time a block vote system was in place, and one group of block voters were ‘party members who had stood for election to the assembly’ Hain arranged for a raft of Blair Arse Kissers to stand as candidates on the party lists and constituency seats, knowing that the list names had absolutely no chance of winning the seat, but their presence on the list guaranteed them a vote in the leadership race And guess who was complicit in standing for the oversubscribed list in order to get a vote he could cast for Alan Michael … yup. Step forward the Corrupt Zambian himself. Stitching up Assembky Leader ballots since 1999
