Employers aren't charities. If someone has learning difficulties and isn't the right person for the job, sorry but it is the duty of every business to not go out of business. Even if they got the exprience for the job . I touhht you said experience topped |

That may be unfair but so is the fact I cannot play basketball because I am well under 6ft. Skills and abilities are what you have and you should be judged on them as a measure of your capability for any job. |

If you favour someone for a job, for no other reason than they're from an ethnic minority, and you choose them over someone more qualified who isn't foreign, then that's racism. 1 were on about chidldren not the workforce 2 really vinny what you know about how difficult it is for someone with learning difficulties to get a decent job no matter what experience they have . Thats why I chose self employment. Well considering the money that’s thrown away by so many different administrations remploy was not a bad investment for a loss maker. If you take in to account benefits paid out there are a lot more worse ways that public money disappears,ppe mountains for a kick off. |
