I'm speechless at your lack of understanding of the issues Sentencing guidelines differentiate between different types of rapist ,for example awarding date rape a lower sentence than stranger rape . I would hope that stranger rape by a sexual pervert in a dress is automatically at the top of the tree for incarceration |

They could be waiting for trial on remand, they could be convicted of all sorts from murder to annoying neighbours , they could be wrongly convicted and conviction overturned , they could (like a very large section of the prison population) be in prison but with mental health issues and no MH hospital bed. But none of these count , because Tony in a tutu (and full wedding tackle) says he's Toni with an I, wants to wear a bra and not do his time in Wormwood Scrubs preferring Holloway (with women who cant get away from him) |
