So this is a rejected applicant who has agreed to and been paid to relocate. Not quite a deterrent to someone coming across from France knowing that their application will be pending for a couple of years in the UK whilst they are warehoused in a hotel until a caseworker gets to decide on their application (unless in the meantime they abscond and become a cycle-oo courier)
First asylum-seeker is deported to Rwanda under Rishi Sunak's migrant crackdown: African man is handed £3k of taxpayers' money and flown to Kigali after losing bid to stay in Britain..

Its got nothing to do with Sunaks forced deportations to Rwanda plan .This is another pay as you go scheme where you stay in a hotel while you get to appeal the decision of the court for years before getting a free ride home and three grand to play with .

I thought that no-one would ever be sent to Rwanda. I think I'm still right, this one volunteered and has his flight paid for him. Forcibly sent to Rwanda = 0
