Thanks, Dan Dare. I'll do a deeper search later. White lefties love any idea that discriminates against other white people, especially white men. White male lefties would happily allow white men to be victims of bigotry..as long as it’s not them . I am seeing white folk being racially abused with the Left's full support, and that's what concerns me. Especially when the Left are supporting terrorists, Islamists and corporate controlled morons who race-riot to order (BLM). |

The previous Diversity chart was for employees ('colleagues') at ITV. Here from the same source are the diversity stats for 'on-screen' portrayals. If you'd got the impression that 'people of colour' and and especially sexual deviants are greatly over-represented in ITV programmes then you were right all along...  |

It was argued at one time that we did have a racists, predominately white police force. Balancing up the police force to suit the diverse nature of the population, if that is what is what is being called for, seems reasonable to me. But then I do expect some Rightist individuals to take every opportunity to encourage anger and crapology rather than to clarify the situation. You mention the police, here's a question: Example A. A young black man applies to join the police, he is told that all places for black entrants are taken and he is invited to re-apply in two years time. He doesn't even get an interview because he has black skin. Example B. A young white man applies to join the police, he is told that all places for white entrants are taken and invited to re-apply in two years time. He doesn't even get an interview because he has white skin. Do you think there is anything wrong with either example? Do you think both are acceptable or neither is acceptable? Do you think one example is acceptable, the other is not? Please specify... |

Sadly political correctness and diversity quotas have cancelled any thought of a meritocratic society, which is why 10% of the Metropolitan Police are functionally illiterate - linkAnd the most tragic thing of all is, decision makers the people in power, know perfectly well that diversity quotas are a race to the bottom, but they dare not say it out loud for fear of losing their jobs. |

A senior ITV executive publicly and explicitly stated to a professional audience, 'we don't want white men', essentially she was comfortable publicly breaking the Equality Act by openly discriminating against people based on sex and ethnicity. link Will any action be taken? LOL, not a chance it's OK to discriminate against white men. However, yes you know what's comming next; If anyone in a similar position had said 'no more black men', we all know they would have been arrested within 20 minutes. Why would you balance up the police force to suit the diverse nature of the population? The law is, or should be, blind to ethnicity, religion, gender and sexual orientation. A citizen either obeys the law or breaks it there is no need for any diversity in the relationship between a lawbreaker and the enforcer of the law, as it is immaterial in application of the law. Why would a predominantly white police force be a problem in a predominantly white country? |

If you've ever read 'The Mindbenders' by N. Griffin esq (attrib.) you will know why ITV has a propensity to do as you state. And always has done. I've never read it so I'm clearly ignorant of such things. I never went into the racial side of politics, but I can now see that the real race haters are the establishment Left who scream "racist" whilst supporting racial hatred in the media and entertainment.
It won't land me into trouble if I ordered a copy? The country is so Marxist authoritarian now that even legitimate research can land you in the gulag. I suspect you may have trouble getting old of it and will have to be content with the condemnation of it as antisemitic filth (yet not once does it condemn semites, only a subset who want tbe term exclusively for themselves) by those well balanced chaps at Wikipedia and the British Bullshitting Corporation |
