A senior ITV executive publicly and explicitly stated to a professional audience, 'we don't want white men', essentially she was comfortable publicly breaking the Equality Act by openly discriminating against people based on sex and ethnicity. link Will any action be taken? LOL, not a chance it's OK to discriminate against white men. However, yes you know what's comming next; If anyone in a similar position had said 'no more black men', we all know they would have been arrested within 20 minutes. And some people actually believe we do not have two tier policing in this country.

So ITV is institutionally racist but it's not a police matter. Sexist, too. Still, I am sure she thinks it'll make her popular when in reality she should just be sacked for promoting racial hatred. What a hypocrisy we live in.

It is a strange situation one person says we do not want more of one colour and the left are absent in either their condemnation or their outrage, a man says he is not going to be racist but views one woman of an ethnic group as a potential reason to be racist and the left are over it like a rash. The former is clearly at odds with the Equality Act specifically and possibly also at odds with the race/hate laws, the latter is a statement of a person that he will not be racist despite provocation and cannot be at odds with the Equality law or any race/hate laws. It will be interesting the outcomes of both. |

If you've ever read 'The Mindbenders' by N. Griffin esq (attrib.) you will know why ITV has a propensity to do as you state. And always has done. I've never read it so I'm clearly ignorant of such things. I never went into the racial side of politics, but I can now see that the real race haters are the establishment Left who scream "racist" whilst supporting racial hatred in the media and entertainment.
It won't land me into trouble if I ordered a copy? The country is so Marxist authoritarian now that even legitimate research can land you in the gulag. |

Balancing up the police force to suit the diverse nature of the population, if that is what is what is being called for, seems reasonable to me. But then I do expect some Rightist individuals to take every opportunity to encourage anger and crapology rather than to clarify the situation. |

Well, it has the left-wing fanatical trolls on this site triggered, so I guess Dan Dare has a point. I just looked it up and it's apparently one of those Jewish conspiracy things. Still, I can overlook that and deal with any parallels found in this engineered society. When the lefty trolls are against something it can't be easily dismissed.

According to the Report of the All-Party Parliamentary Inquiry into Antisemitism:

'Who are the Mind-Benders?’, a pamphlet written by BNP leader Nick Griffin, claimed that “very few people in Britain are aware of the huge influence over the mass media exercised by a certain ethnic minority, namely the Jews” and went on to list Jews who were alleged to control the media. Jews were accused of “providing us with an endless diet of pro-multiracial, pro-homosexual, anti-British trash”.
ITV as it is now constituted was formed in 2004 through a merger of Granada and Carlton. It shouldn't take much googling to turn up the ethnicity of the founders and owners of those two companies.
NB The Mindbenders was written twenty years ago so many of the names and faces will have changed since then.
