I'm not sure whether our Indian heritage PM, the Zambian heritage Welshman, the Glaswegian with Pakistani heritage Scot or the daughter of a jailed IRA terrorist in Northern Ireland is preferable.
I'll mull it over.

These are all official terms which are the default knee-jerk reaction to anything that criticises something woke. I felt you were bordering on it, but my advice is stay clear of these terms as they tend to be associated with mindless state censor bots. It's boring for the reader as well. The associated question is why haven't other European countries handed over the reins to persons of colour to the extent that the UK has?
Or even the the USA for that matter? Or Australia, Canada or NZ.
What makes the UK so different from every other country in the Eurosphere/Anglosphere?
Why is this happening here and only here?

Given the shared language, has that resulted in the UK, particularly its media, being more saturated in American culture and we rather fancy having our own Obama ? Also, given how vicious the British press and media in general can be towards those it doesn't like ...Corbyn and Boris for instance .... consider how drastically muted that would have had to be if either Corbyn or Boris had been black ..... just consider how different the reporting on Putin would be if he was black ...negative for sure, but extreme care with the language and the many of the insults left out.
I know next to nothing about this Gething character in Wales. Drakeford's set a very low bar, so minimum competency levels would be a step up, plus a skin colour that allows his supporters to scream 'Racist !!!' at all that have the temerity to find fault with any of his decisions. It provides some decent advantages to start with, even if it might be inevitable that Wales will be in an ever worse state by this time next year.

I’m content to refer to misogynists, bigots, racists, Islamophobes, etc, when I think the description appropriate.
