I remember seeing that twat on a number of occasions which I personally found disgusting and to me unacceptable, however the Police are obliged to facilitate Peaceful Protest as is our right to do so, the huge Protests we see in London most weekends are peaceful and comply with the Police instructions on route and time they finish, so far the Met have only arrested 36 people so far. When it comes to Stop Oil etc they have arrested hundreds The Prime Minister has said publicly that 'from the river to the sea' is deeply offensive and anti-Semitic. The police obviously disagree. Wearing full face coverings during demonstrations is banned by law, the police ignore it. Promoting a proscribed organisation carries a six month jail sentence yet Jihadi-Isis-Hamas flags are are often seen, again the police ignore it. As for JSO morons, on dozens of occasions the police allowed them to block roads for hours, indeed the police openly sympathised and brought them drinks while arresting angry motorists. Believe it or not, it is in-fact against the law to block the public highway. Again, the incompetent police are choosing what laws to enforce and what laws to ignore. The police these days are a fucking disgrace Red and are as much use as tits on a boar..Maybe they should concentrate on what they do best like dressing up as fucking rainbows or taking to the knee.

Yes, we have two-tier policing. And yes, Robinson would get arrested for walking on the cracks in the pavement.
But he knows this and gets arrested on purpose for the publicity.
He knows his bail conditions and, if he deliberately and repeatedly breaches (which he does), then he knows he's going to get nicked.
I've little sympathy.

We could go round in circles all day on this , I do not like these huge Protests taking place, as for the PM that is his opinion which I agree with, however the fact is the Police can only arrest people if they are suspected of committing an arrestable offence. The Police do not have enough Officers on these huge Protests only 2,000 of them available some drafted in from outside London to Police over 200,000 people its an impossible task, that is not Woke as some think it is reality , the limp wristed Lefties think they are Fascists if they do make arrests which they do when appropriate if authorised by a Senior Officer Yes some Officers gave some of people they arrested for blocking the highway Tea , they are in Police Custody as soon as they are arrested and the Police have to look after their well being especially if they are elderly whilst wating for transport to a Police Station It is not incompetence it is common sense the Police have to stay within the Law

A bit like giving a leg up to help the burglar in the window. In police custody the police have a duty of care but not as the offenders are carrying out their criminal act. We all know that blocking the King's Highway is a criminal offence yet for far too long we saw no action by the police to make arrests as thousands of motorists setamed away in their cars. If the idea of the police was to upset the travelling public they succeeded admirably.

Yes they have to stay within the Law Legislation if not its unlawful arrest and detention , they are also allowed to use their discretion when to arrest or not especially on Protests they have to obey the instructions of a Senior Officer

OK you are nicked. Takes only seconds. Law is predicated on how a reasonable person behaves and understands. Any reasonable person knows when the highway is blocked deliberately
