Not just in Britain. One of the foundational 'truths' of Critical Race Theory is given by the following equation:
Racism = Prejudice + Power
Only white people have power so only they can be racist.

More proof, if any were needed, of the validity of the equation in the thread title.
The Guardian reports that a ‘study’ by the Runnymede Trust -self-styled as ‘the UK's leading independent race equality think tank’ – has revealed the shocking truth about the ethnicity of ‘named artists’ who feature in the GCSE Arts Examination.
Evidently no less than 91.6% of such artists named in twenty-seven examination papers are white, meaning only 8.4% were from an ethnic minority. Even worse, of that 8.4% less than 3% were of black or South Asian ancestry, with a further 0.5% mixed.
According to Dr Shabna Begum, the interim chief executive of the Runnymede Trust: “With representation comes inspiration, it is imperative that our students are able to see and appreciate diversity in their art classes, and secondary education more widely”
Accordingly, the Runnymede Trust is demanding that the four examination boards who set papers for England increase black and minority representation to 25% for 2025. Two of the four boards have already caved in and agreed.
There doesn’t appear to have been any discussion about whether there are sufficient BME artists of note to fill the quota. That would seem to be quite challenging even for contemporary artists, let alone those of historical importance. www.theguardian.com/education/2024/mar/05/less-than-3-per-cent-artists-named-gcse-art-exams-black-south-asian-studyAnother aspect of society that is "hideously white". We may have to decolonise the art curriculum first before we get an acceptable quota of diverse ethnicity to feature more in GCSE art exams.

Any body that buys into diversity quotas is part of the problem not part of the answer.

The fact that a bloke, whose mrs is about to have a baby, is sent to prison for two years over a positive view of white people, while a filthy child rapist Islamist only gets a suspended sentence is all I require to determine that the United Kingdom is fked.

Certainly is unrealistic and extremely challenging in courses/exam papers on Old Masters /Renaissance /Classical etc artists just how many black artists were contemporaries of Leonardo , Renoir, Turner, Vermeer, Van Dyke , Rembrandt and the like? Surely it should be art for arts' sake , the technique/skills of the artist - not art according to the skin colour of the brush holder? Is GCSE art confined to Old Masters /Renaissance /Classical etc artists? It's been many, many years since I did mine and I was absolutely hopeless at art. A level certainly is not qualifications.pearson.com/content/dam/pdf/A%20Level/history-of-art/2017/specification-and-sample-assessments/GCE-HISOFART-SAMS.pdfThe document covers renaissance art and midern architectural design …

Why is a diversity shoe-in … Dr Shabna Begum, who has no historic connection with our culture, and has been here 5 minutes in our history … with connections to fascist bullying religions that attack diversity … been given the position of Chief Executive of Runnymede? Educated people know the BLM organisation and it’s ideologies being heavily promoted by anarchists running The Guardian … has links to Hamas terrorism and has been funded by a racist very bad person-collaborator George Soros … another anarchist, whose goal in life is to tear down the West and it’s Institutions … destroy every Community and upset it’s stability …. Divide and Conquer.... The Runnymede Trust is a very curious organisation. Originally formed in the 1960s by two Jews, Eliot 'Jim' Rose and Anthony Lester, it played an influential role in the development of the race relations industry, and in particular the Race Relations Acts whose legacies continue on today in the form of the incitement provisions of the Public Order Act and the anti-discrimination aspects of the Equality Act.
Lester became a sort of superstar in the evolving anti-discrimination crusade. Never running for political office himself he specialised instead in the role of éminence grise, the shadowy figure behind the curtain pulling the strings of the politicians doing the talking.
In his 2003 Runnymede Trust lecture, Anthony Lester explains his role thus [emphasis added]:
In late 1974 Jenkins and Lester travelled together to the US taking along with them their draft bill for the Sex Discrimination Act which would become law in 1975. At this period there were quite intense cross-Atlantic interactions between the respective branches of the civil rights industry and, in many respects, American practice was deemed by British elites as markedly superior being wrought, as it were, in a far higher racial temperature. Jenkins and Lester soon learned that, according to American experts, their bill was deficient in two key areas. First, there was no provision for sanctions against indirect discrimination, and second, there were no provisions for the introduction of US-style affirmative action scheme to remedy the effects of past discrimination. These ‘American lessons’ were not lost on Jenkins (or Lester) and on their return the Sexual Discrimination proposals were amended accordingly, as were the proposals for new racial discrimination legislation which would be the subject of the forthcoming White paper and, eventually, the 1976 Act.
Lester of course went on to a very lucrative career as a barrister, specialising in 'human rights' cases. It was largely thanks to his efforts that the 1968 Commonwealth Immigration Act, hastily enacted by the Labour government to deny entry to East African Asians, was overturned by the Heath regime (after Lester's interventions at the ECtHR) enabling the migration of tens of thousands of Asians in the early to mid seventies.
Later still, continuing in 'background mode', Lester was instrumental in the creation and passage into law of the 1998 Human Rights Act. By that time ennobled as Lord Lester of Herne Hill, during his period in the Lords he was usually introduced as the 'Architect of The UK's Human Rights Legislation', an honorific whose usage he took no pains to discourage.
Perhaps the best known of Runnymede's many initiatives is the Commission on the Future of Multi-Ethnic Britain, called into being to advise on consider how the increasingly multiracial (and multicultural) society should be organised and managed. The outcome was the notorious Parekh Report, named after the Indian-born academic Bihkhu Parekh, chairman of the 23-person committee, which included such august personages as Yasmin Alibhai-Brown, Trevor Phillips and the daughter of the chairman of the Guardian, Jill Gavron. It would be hard to assemble a more commited group of axe-grinders and ethnic rent-seekers as the committee which produced the Parekh Report.
Unfortunately, however it all came to nought. Although the Committee had been assembled under the auspices of the Blair government, and received its terms of reference therefrom, the report itself when published in 2000 created a huge furore and Home Secretary Jack Straw was compelled to reject its conclusions and main recommendation that Britain should be organised and governed as 'a community of communities'. In other words, hypercharged multiculturalism with knobs on.
The Runnymede Trust is a much lower-key operation today, although it still attracts generous funding from many of the usual suspects. I've always found it curious even a little ironic even, that the Jewish nation-wreckers who created this nest of vipers and fifth columnists had the chutzpah to name their creation after the place where one of the seminal events in English history occured.

Thanks for that very interesting exposé of this Runnymede Group. It certainly explains why this foreigner was appointed … and confirms the agenda politics she is pursuing … anti-white racism tbh … rather than awareness that 90+% of Western art is created around white artists from a white perspective.
If she or the Runnymede racists prefers this other art predominating … they should move to a country where it predominates … and stop this nonsense.
It goes to show how much minority group hidden quangos run by Religious factions and outsiders not indigenous to our Country or Culture … have wormed their way into controlling our Establishments, Media, Banking and Political machinery.
… It’s a huge concern these Factions bully there way into usurping the will of the Majority … thus effectively highjacking our Democracy … turning it on it’s head … a situation where a small minority rule and bully a reluctant majority … using the MSM(Guardian/BBC) as a tool to beat in that oppression.
In this essence we see ‘immigrant fascism’. …. but in all these cases we see the main danger as Religious immigrant fascism … exercising eugenics on our culture … a hidden Coudenhove-Kalergi Plan eugenics …. straight out of the German National Socialist Party handbook!
It would be interesting to investigate how much of Mein Kampf was inspired by pre-WW1 Zionist ideologies? … research worth exploring in another thread, eh?

Another aspect of society that is "hideously white". We may have to decolonise the art curriculum first before we get an acceptable quota of diverse ethnicity to feature more in GCSE art exams. The History of Art has defined how each culture colourises it’s heroes and villains … in folklore and legend … every culture distorts reality. …. for example … the traditional art depicting Jesus as white … as commissioned by generations of rich patrons and a religious manipulating hierarchy … www.dailymail.co.uk/sciencetech/article-3359548/Is-real-face-JESUS-Experts-use-forensics-reveal-Christ-looked-like.html
