If that's top vented it's more complicated to convert (but not impossible), it has most of what's needed to fire a live round.
That revolver, the cartridge faces towards a fake barrel, it's simply a case of removing the shroud and fitting a real barrel, then replacing the shroud. Wouldn't take long at all.
The semi automatic offers better rates of fire though.

You can purchase pepper rounds and A guy in the USA killed himself with a 9mm PAK by holding it to the side of his head and blew a fragment of his skull into his brain Vinny..
