It does seem quite a harsh decision. There was a garage and he converted to an extra bathroom for his olds. Oh well.

It does seem quite a harsh decision. There was a garage and he converted to an extra bathroom for his olds. Oh well. The problem he has from looking at the picture is that he hasn't followed building /fire regulations which he needed to do even if the extension is within permitted development . The door needs to be 1 meter away from the kitchen window or a fire grade door and reinforced glazing on the kitchen window ,he has neither . There are also things like build over agreements with the water board he would need if he has built near or over drains/sewers and were the council building inspectors involved . The answer to that is obviously no . Even with permitted development you still need building control ,you cant have people just building as they think fit because they want to ,you would end up with all sorts of unsuitable constructions . |

I read yesterday where another one was bitching because an art store wouldn't let him purchase paint. They have a ruling in their stores that only those of good character and not likely to use paint for graffiti could purchase paint if they were under 25... |

Muslims are the group in this country who are most likely to claim benefits, and they can claim benefits x4 because although bigamy is illegal in this none Islamic country, Muslim men can have (And claim benefits for) four wives. Our ridiculously generous benefits system is just one of the reasons hundreds of thousands of Muslim men are fleeing France for the UK.
