He obviously disagrees with Sajid Javid, who must have acted under legal advice.
He also disagrees with all the courts which have supported his revocation of her nationality.
I wonder how he can argue a constitutional right to her citizenship, when Britain is sovereign and Javid used laws made by parliament to take the action he did.
Like you, I'm surprised at his stance.

Mogg has got it wrong , he says in his reasoning that people that have the option of another nationality shouldn't be stripped of their British nationality because its racist
So what if that person's other nationality is within the Anglosphere ? He needs to have a rethink and get back to us
