Nice try, dappy - but as before, the letter was quite specific.
Now you can try to reinterpret fact as much as you like but the letter is there for all to read.
The letter does not back the thread title which is as I pointed out, a false story and one created just to create alarm and undeserved reactions. The Op author could of course correct the thread title but no one should hold their breath. Councils have the ability to compulsorily acquire long term EMPTY properties and then have a whole host of calls on such housing stock. But no one is or can 'bully old and vulnerable out of their homes' This single council made a ONE OFF error as the article showed they admitted and looking at other details in the article, I'd say that was down to the way this fetid government has failed to properly staff the land registry despite taking in the money to do so. If you calmed down and read what fair society and others said it’s not really about the DM is it? |
