News for you if it's a Council home it's not her home but she a Tennant of the local social housing provider. And Council are responsible for inforcing certain laws . Like parking laws e.t.c Total bollocks. Even if her home is rented it her property until she decides to move out and fuck all to do with the council... Got everything to do with the Council . For instance there responsible for Repaires .and like I said local authorities are responsible for certain laws. What you find hard to.understand. |

And as for the councils carrying out repairs you do know that LONDONISTAN has the highest number of homes wth black mould which is harmfull to the ocupants...Maybe they should concentrrate on the real problems they have lefty old ban.

Well, reading the article she hasn't been slapped with a £2500 fine by the council because they can't.
She's been issued with a "Community Protection Notice" which she is defending in court and since the police aren't taking any further action (because no crime has been committed) she will almost certainly win.
So yes, the lefty council are trying it on but they can be safely told where to go.
