Thats 114 years labour have been pledging to scrap the House of Lords , and then reneging on it close to election time . How can any voter in the uk trust a weather vane like keir starmer , who simply says what the crowd wants to hear , then flip flops a day later on what a different crowd wants to hear. Even one of Tony Blairs advisors , and former right hand man of the then Scottish labour leader Jim Murphy ....John mc ternan , is saying how exasperating it is listening to keir starmers daily u turns and flip flops on a wide range of policy.

Labours promises falling like flies this week - will they be the first political party to go into an election without a single policy?

And because they have more peers than the Tories. The best one I saw was Alistair darling on a Scottish forum. Someone had a picture of darling from his student days holding aloft a republican banner , against the lords and the monarchy , and then near the end of his life as a peer in the very chamber he was once vocally against. Whoever coined the phrase `vermin in ermine` must have had labour party champagne socialist peers in mind.....

How can anyone vote Labour? Even if you agree with their policies today, they'll have changed by next week.

How can anyone vote Labour? Even if you agree with their policies today, they'll have changed by next week. The people in Scotland probably see no other viable option if they've had enough of the snats. Basically, it's all about who offers the biggest handout, like buying votes. The reason England is generally more conservative is because the people down here generally want true independence for themselves, which is to be self-sufficient without the government meddling and the extreme taxation.

If as you imply people have had enough of the snp government , then they will have to wait till the next Scottish parliament election. Under the proportional system , we can vote for many different indy parties , not just the snp. Are you really that stupid you think voting in labour benchwarmers to the westmsinter parliament for a few Scottish seats is going to get rid of the snp?

The reason England is generally more conservative is because the people down here generally want true independence for themselves, which is to be self-sufficient without the government meddling and the extreme taxation. They went from bad to worse when they made Humza Yousaf as their leader, another leader blinded with bitterness and hatred towards the UK, I don't know what we've done to deserve such hostility.
Sturgeon went as far as to use Covid as a means of promoting independence, this is when you know someone has completely lost the plot, when they are using death and viruses to manipulate their crusade, the woman is completely deranged, and Yousaf isn't far behind her.
The snp must change leaders now, and so must the Tories, Sunak it's clear billionaires trying to run the country isn't working, totally out-of-touch with voters.

I hope you don't repeat that slander on platforms where you can be identified lol. Non-dom status is perfectly legal. It is for people who see their PERMANENT home as elsewhere, so they can avoid DOUBLE TAXATION on their FOREIGN EARNINGS. She is an INDIAN CITIZEN and the business she will inherit IS IN INDIAN so its perfect reasonable for her to class Indian as her PERMANENT home. Let's face it, her husband will be out of a home in less than a year so they won't be tied here. Incidentally, she probably pay mores UK tax in one year than you have in your pious life lol.
