He's Broken the Council Rules simply has he Should Remove them. Shropshire Council's policy on private hire vehicles, which states cabs must not display any advertisements which include political symbols, flags, or emblems.

The Council rules are in violation of the European Convention on Human Rights and the Human Rights act 1998. Are you suggesting that we should abolish the 1998 act and also withdraw from the Convention (and leave the Council of Europe!)?

Are you suggesting that we should abolish the 1998 act and also withdraw from the Convention (and leave the Council of Europe!)? If that's the case, it just needs the driver concerned to get it tested in court and everyone's happy.
