We know that supermarkets live in a highly competitive industry and therefore are careful to operate professionally. As such they only contract with professional parking management companies. Supermarket parking contracts are highly prized by parking companies. It is illegal for parking companies to clamp vehicles Parking companies manage supermarket car parks by cameras not by men visiting the car parks For Jonksy’s story to be true, a professional car park company keen to protect its lucrative contract with its customer focused customer would nonetheless have abandoned its cheap camera technology, sent a team of men to manually patrol the busy car park, hang around for at least two hours,, break the law by clamping the car and leave a note on the car admitting their illegal act (they can only get paid releasing the clamp) and then hang around even longer until the car Parker returned. That’s about as likely as an employer writing to a failed job applicant admitting they had broken the law in assessing his application. So I ask again , does anyone actually believe this story? If you understood the law which you seem to be ignorant over it was fuck all to do with the super market and it was some little lefty voting arsehole of a baliff empoyed by torbay council to chase their ill gotten gains. It is ILLEGAL to clamp a vehicle on ANY super market car park and also the lefty little prick didn't know if my vehicle was on finance or not. I have no reason to lie unlike those from the left where the lies become second nature to them. |

Now in this example the truth is starting to come out. A court has found against you and collection agents appointed to collect the debt in respect of a court order. Somehow you allege that the Collection Agent found you while shopping in your local supermarket. That feels highly unlikely.
Anyway the debt you owe has now increased further due to Collection Agent fees and you may well face criminal damage proceedings. Genius.

As regards Harbertonford, it’s a pretty little place which has suffered 20 floods in the last 60 years. Nothing to do with EU dredging regulations as you claimed.
It is hard to believe that a Court Collection Agent pursuing a court judgement against you somehow stumbled on your vehicle while you were shopping in your local supermarket and then disappeared. That’s not how they work. If you have a court order against you, they will collect it and the Collection Agents fees. If you have committed criminal damage, you will likely hear about that too. Genius.

FFS the ringpeice had gone to my home and my partner had told him I was out at the super market. As we only have ONE super market in our town it wasn't exactly rocket science for him to find it was it? I made a comment on this thread and the likes of you think I should have written a full explanation FFS. I don't have to be accountable to you or anyone else. And I won't be paying anything to the leeches as so far it has cost me jack but they are minus a wheel clamp and the energy and fuel to use the fucking thing. And BTW I haven't been to court and neither am I likely too.
