I simply cannot get excited about the likelihood of the Tories being slaughtered at the next general election, when there will be no meaningful change with the establishment B team replacing the establishment A team. The shysters in charge of Labour right now, some of them heavily invested in private health care providers, are planning even more privatisation of the NHS. Just another example of the more of the same agenda trying to pretend it is change
If anyone expects meaningful change from Labour, they are fools.
