I think you need to read the inquiry judgement Sandy. Do you mean the judgement that said "The panel concluded that the actions of all of the officers, including the two dismissed officers, were not influenced by race. The report outlined the circumstances of the stop and the panel also concluded that any use of force was reasonable." |

I think that anyone reading the transcript of the IPPC investigation will understand that while the evidence submitted by the police officers present was scrutinised minutely that presented by Mr Dos Santos and Ms Williams was simply taken as read.
