Because she and her partner are clearly in the habit of driving like dicks.
But claim that it's all the fault of the police when they get stopped.

Presumably the investigation checked whether the actions of the police officers including stopping the car were reasonable. As I understand it overall they were judged not to be.

The couple are black and claimed they were racially profiled.
A police misconduct hearing was told officers followed Mr Dos Santos in their police carrier because of the “appalling” and “suspicious” nature of his driving and were doing their duty when they conducted the stop and search.
But the panel found two officers had lied about smelling cannabis.
And
British sprinter Bianca Williams has been banned from driving despite telling a court it could stop her from training and jeopardise her “dream” of going to the Olympics next year.
Ms Williams, 29, failed on three occasions between April and June 2023, to tell police the identity of a driver alleged to have committed an offence while driving a Tesla Model 3.
She has shown that she can’t be trusted . Maybe they were driving appallingly .

Where's the dosh coming from? According to the article, he works as an Amazon delivery driver as his day job.
Didn't realise that they were that well paid.
And Ms Williams had 11 points on her license prior to her latest convictions, bringing her total to 29 points.
But of course it's all the fault of those racist police officers.

I have it on good authority that if the police had prosecuted for the driving offences there would be no valid complaint and those officers would still be in the job.
By letting them off the officers made it appear that Dos Santos and Williams had done nothing wrong.

Clerical errors I'd say. They clearly had good grounds to stop Williams and Dos Santos, they just didn't write it up properly.

No what got them sacked was the couple insisting they were stopped because they are black and the Met deciding the course of less resistance was to sack the coppers rather than an ongoing inquiry into the incident . Given that the car failed to stop when indicated to do so would give good reason to suspect that they were hiding something so a search would be warranted . As far as smelling drugs goes who knows but if you stand still for five minutes anywhere in London you will get a whiff of it . It maybe is profiling in some respect ,black people are known to like a smoke ,I get asked if I have been drinking as white men are known to like a drink ,I really don't see what the problem was with that suggestion 29 points on your driving license and the racial slurs cast against the policemen gives an overall picture that fits with the black community . That many of them seem to think they can do what they like and get away with it because they are black . She actually thought because she has a chance (a very limited chance) of being the reserve sprinter in the relay at the Olympics she would be given a free pass . I'm glad the judge thought otherwise |
