I'm a Celebrity descends into 'censorship' row: 'Lefty' ITV bosses are accused of 'insane dirty tricks' to limit Nigel Farage's airtime on I'm a Celebrity after a section showing him talking about 'his friend Donald Trump' was cut from the show

I've never watched this show, and I'm unlikely to start now, but let's look at how a programme like this is put together..
Assume that the subjects sleep for 8 hours (and there won't be much to film during that period).
Assume that, during waking hours, there's a 3-camera setup (with remotes, etc, it's likely to be a rather larger number than that).
That would amount to a minimum of 48 hours of footage being generated every 24.
Subtract at least half of that footage as "unusable" (many reasons. Aside from technical problems, it's likely that private conversations - potentially slanderous gossip about other figures in the Zedosphere, commercially privileged tittle tattle, things that will upset the advertisers and sponsors, etc, etc, will be deep sixed).
Subtract, also, usable coverage of the "challenges" - which are, of course, the centrepiece of the whole enterprise.
Let's be generous and say the producers and editing team are left with 15 hours of footage to stitch into a daily 45 minute show.
Giving all of the contestants a fair shake at airtime, and bearing in mind this is about "entertainment" rather than giving people a free platform, it's hardly surprising that farage praising trump (because he's nothing if not predictable) didn't make the cut.
Non story. (Unless you're a "news" channel that farage happens to work for, I guess.)

Yep, the lefties hard at work trying to cancel people who don't conform to their lefty woke snowflake virtual signalling agenda. It's revolting that all of the mainstream networks are this shamelessly unethical and corrupt. For the Left it's perfectly normal, like it's normal to execute people for blasphemy in some other countries.

Spot on, the lefties have a free hand to do and say as they please, for the rest they will be cenosored and canceled, it's a unfair political advantage that the left have, the right have no voice and no freedom of speech, to the point of denying 'some' their human rights to protest.

Farage is an experienced campaigner who relies on persuasive arguments and isn't known to shy away from his opposition. This is why they hate him. They have no convincing argument, so have to demand censorship toward those they disagree with whilst behaving like school children by screaming their labels. They know it, too. The country is pretty backward.

The country is pretty backward. Exactly, racist Nella Rose who told Farage 'black people don't like you'.
Then when he asked why she thought he was racist, she said 'I read it on the internet'.
That is the level of intelligence a lot of the lefties have, that is why they have to cancel people like Farage, who can cut her down to size, and make her look like the idiot she really is.

Tbh. Farage is just not as interesting as Tony Bellow , Fred, the blond bint and the bloke who acts like a ten year old kid with ADHD . Farage comes over as a decent bloke though .

I have not watched any show of this ilk since 2004 At that time i was freelancing at Barclays Bank and i knew one of the IFA’s had been picked to appear on some reality weight loss thing. The show STARTED out well, and there were a few good bits, but after about half way through the second episode the producers found two of the women on it were at each others throats every other minute and it rapidly descended into the ‘will there be a catfight’ show and i lost all interest From what i hear secondhand other reality shows seem far more interested in ensuring there will be a source of conflict, tbe more gruesome the better. I just don’t have the interest….

Farage comes over as a decent bloke though .Thats probably what they are worried about. They obviously hoped that he would crash and burn and turn into another Tommy Robinson. But this has backfired and the publicity he is getting is more positive than they want hence the restriction now on screen time.

They showed him eating kangaroo bollocks. That's all anyone was interested in seeing.

This thread ought to be titled, "Jokesy makes a proper tit of himself again." When you see relevance in a bunch of twattish has beens dancing to some producers' tunes in a jungle far away, then you are desperate. Do you imagine that one of the biggest twats this country has produced in decades munching on crocodile penises and sheeps amuses is going to enhance his credibility in any way? If his goal is to make himself look as big of a tit as possible, then job done. Perhaps this will enhance his credibility amongst tits of a similar persuasion?
