As soon as they land, if they don't have genuine refugee status stick them straight on a return boat or plane or truck. That doesn't make sense as you have to have landed before you apply for asylum. How does it not make sense, as soon as they have landed hand over the paperwork proving you are a legitimate asylum seeker, which any legitimate asylum seeker would keep who are lets face it telling us they are in fear for their life without asylum. |

I'm all in favour of quick decisions and deporting those rejected, but how do you "prove" your asylum claim? Isn't this a decision for the Home Office to make?

The source is France and we are already spending hundreds of millions that is having very little effect. It still doesn't change the fact Rwanda is another very large white elephant. Only because it keeps getting thwarted by the lefty courts. |

What makes me laugh, once Germany/France or one of the other EU members decide they are going to send migrants to Rwanda ...... BINGO, they'll do it....gone
They 'should' have to follow the 'legal' process in which we've had to pussy foot around all the legality by trying to implement this plan, why will it be so easy for them to do it?
Because they won't be thwarted by lefty courts. |

Come to the UK where the streets are paved with gold... I don't see why we should keep him in prison for 5 years. Send him to Algeria to serve his sentence. It's not a country at war. We have his fingerprints photo and DNA - he can be banned from ever trying his criminal tricks again in our country. |
