I'm not upset. Where else can you get serious political commentary from a pantomime dame?

Where else can you get serious political commentary from a pantomime dame? Is Rees-Mogg branching out, then?

All lefties foam from the mouth, In the make believe world that exists only inside your own head they probably do. They haven't stopped foaming from the mouth ever since they lost Brexit.

Pantomime Dames are sexist . Real women like Eddie Izzard should be given the role .

Not sure why it should upset the Left. GB News is sucking up tens of millions a year. It looks like it’s going to need really committed financial support to sustain it long term. Its US venture could be interesting to watch…

They don't seem that upset, in fact they seem almost like they are just counting the days down.

Not even joking. That's why darling mentioned pantomime dames in the first place.

Using a wild stab in the dark, I would say he was speaking figuratively.

"Foaming at the mouth"? "Upset"? Speaking purely for myself, "sanguine indifference" would be rather more accurate. Yes it is rather amusing to see in print the caricatures they have invented in their own heads, lol Curiously, as a former left wing Labour party member with many left wing friends and acquaintances, I have never yet seen a left winger foaming at the mouth about anything. Perhaps they do it in secret? Seems a nerve was hit. Watch out, next you'll be foaming at the mouth.

Mind you, it chimes in with him perfectly. Lovely bloke - funny, kind, thoughtful, a popular fixture for decades at any 'biz party - but VERY right wing and none too bright (the director of Brideshead Revisited still marvels at "Evelyn Waugh was a MAN?! I had no idea!!").. They'll be very happy together.
