Ah yes. My apologies . I was merely misquoting a phrase from Harold Wilson which means that things can change quickly in politics . Mr Wilson said a week , I said 12 months . I apologise for not appreciating your ignorance . I hope this clarifies my post . I suspect that you was confused as a child when you watched “ tomorrow’s world “ on the telly .
So far, so Brexit Tampax 😁 12 months is a long time in politics 👍

We're not rejoining the EU.
Starmer got burned when he tried to cross the red wall last time.

You dont have tp rejoin.
You simply copycat what it does.
BTW can you explain why the official rate of interest in the UK is 5.5% and the eurozone rate is 3.5%?
How is this going to attract overseas investors and create growth?

How is this going to attract overseas investors and create growth? Is this all you have left re Brexit, asking why the UK's interest rate is higher than the eurozone rate? Forgetting for a moment that this tedious question somehow demonstrates Brexit isn't successful, you ask about growth: As per the ONS, growth is better in the UK than it is France and Germany. Investment from new data shows that UK investment is up further than an extrapolated trend: Source ONS It does seem like all your tedious questions have been answered regarding the UK economy. You are scraping the barrel now if this is what you rely on to try and show Brexit was the wrong choice for Britain to make. The data doesn't agree with your incessant whingeing. www.briefingsforbritain.co.uk/data-revisions-undermine-the-brexit-pessimists-propaganda/

The data doesn't agree with your incessant whingeing. www.briefingsforbritain.co.uk/data-revisions-undermine-the-brexit-pessimists-propaganda/It is one of the more important issues when discussing the UK's much needed growth. Any company seeking to relocate or build in the UK (thus creating jobs and tax revenue) will borrow money. From a British bank. And at around 2% more expensive than it would pay if it invested inthe Eurozone. Why do you think there has been a huge decline in foreign investment into the UK? Coupled of course with the chaotic Brexit governments who couldnt organise a birthday party for a five year old. Further this has all neen explained. If i have nothing and someone gives me five pounds, i can boast a 500% growth rate. If i had 2 pounds and someone gave me a five pound note, my growth rate would be less than 500% but i would have more money. All your charts and graphs dont reflect the actual wealrh of nations. Frankly i just czny be borhered to exolain it. You believed lies and exaggerations before, so i dont believe that you will miraculously see clearly now. In closing, and looking at the UK before and after Brexit, i am less than impressed with your promised land. Prices, poverty, housing, NHS, immigration... I am still waiting. .

The Charts from ONS contradict your little narrative. You asked about investment - official data demonstrates investment in the UK is good. So, you ignore this and pivot yet again to another opinionated piece of waffle that has little to any relevance with Brexit.
Your scattergun approach to blaming Brexit has failed, it's boring as well, it isn't supported by evidence it's just your opinion. Yet, when the evidence against your claims is provided you brush it off as though your opinion has more weight than official data. lol

Can't read it as it is behind a pay wall. Nevertheless, I'll stick with the more recent and revised data from the ONS, thanks.
