Meanwhile - whilst Ghengis Khan proclaims 'diversity is our strength' - we see the enemy within on the streets of London.

Muslim Mayor of London = Jews (and their supporters) not safe on the street of London. Disgraceful, having said that no one is that safe on the streets of London.

Meanwhile - whilst Ghengis Khan proclaims 'diversity is our strength' - we see the enemy within on the streets of London. Anyone doing that should be arrested. It's no different to walking past a synagogue wearing a swastika: The intent is obvious.

I guess they are not backing Israel then, well I will hide my surprise. While I remember they have the right of peaceful protest, not allowed them elsewhere. Maybe they could remind their French friends murdering for the sake of it is not a peaceful protest.

Muslim Mayor of London = Jews (and their supporters) not safe on the street of London. You can see exactly what is going to happen when that thin blue line gets a bit thinner. Another thought - what percentage of the met now are basically supportive of Hamas? I bet it's not an inconsequential percentage.

That’s all you do Rackham. Regurgitate the nonsense click bait headlines in GB News and the Express without any thought of your own whatsoever. Utterly puerile. Isn’t he ex-military? If so — as I noticed before with another poster somewhere who claimed such a background — some of them got so used to being ordered what to do and think (even to the point of which leg to start walking with), they don’t trust themselves enough to form their own opinions. On Sadiq Kahn and protection of the Jewish community, I don’t see he’s less proactive with that than any other area he’s responsible for. Aren’t Met offices supposedly responsible for such protection? If so, what’s the Mayor supposed to do…? The London mayor is overseer in charge of the Met One of the Mayor’s key responsibilities is overseeing the work of the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) – setting the priorities for policing and community safety in London, agreeing the policing budget and holding the Met Commissioner to account for delivering a professional, efficient and effective service to Londoners.www.london.gov.uk/media-centre/mayors-press-release/Mayor-announces-members-of-new-London-Policing-Board-to-oversee-and-scrutinise-reform-of-the-Met#:~:text=%5B2%5D%20One%20of%20the%20Mayor's,efficient%20and%20effective%20service%20to

But the Met Commissioner is actually appointed by the Home Secretary. And I doubt Khan’s advice is really heeded as the current Mayor doesn’t have the influence on the Home Secretary that Johnson did. Besides, do you honestly see Khan actually being taken seriously for anything other than attempting to apportion budget allowances by either the Commissioner or Home Secretary…?

You didn't read the link properly - Kahn's role in the Met is at the top of the tree The Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, has today announced the members of his new London Policing Board to oversee and scrutinise the urgent reform of the Met.
The Board members represent a wide and diverse range of expertise and lived experiences and will support and advise the Mayor in driving the changes in the Met Police that Sadiq has long called for and that Londoners need and deserve. Establishing a London Policing Board chaired by the Mayor was a recommendation in Baroness Louise Casey’s review of culture and standards in the Met - which the Mayor requested - to increase the transparency and accountability of the Met to all the diverse communities it serves and improve performance.

The fact is he’ll go anywhere, anytime to get a mention and a photo (much like Hackney’s erstwhile Mayor), but the Home Secretary appoints the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, because the Met has a wider role than just policing London. Besides, are Kahn’s boots big enough to be a real plod…?
