Murdering babies is not resistance. Murdering civilians is not resistance. There's a reason the fence was put up around Gaza and a blockade was attempted. Hamas have shown just how justified Israel's long term efforts against them have been, despite having failed. Hamas would never of existed had it not been for Israel. Do you think the Israeli forces do not 'murder babies'? |

Israel would never have existed were it not for pogroms. And after the Jewish purchase of land began (which started in the 1880s), Arab hostility to the Jews started growing. In the 1920's Amin Al Husseini (the Grand Mufti of Jerusalem) had his followers massacre the Jews in Hebron. He was the uncle of Yasser Arafat. In 1931 in response to the massacres, Menachem Begin founded Irgun, a terrorist organisation. He was almost as bad as Al Husseini. Except Al Husseini was involved in the Holocaust.  |

I'm not a 'military man' now Ripley, I've been out of it for more than 20 years. But emotions will be running high among Israeli troops and I imagine they will be itching to get into Gaza, and I suspect little of it will be recorded. If I was a civilian in Gaza right now I'd be doing my very best to get into Egypt that's for sure. you think the jews will stop at the border with egypt ? I rather doubt it myself. |
