Yesterday we saw what we thought we would never see at a Tory Conference - Images and footage of a Top Elected Tory been dragged out of the conference hall, because like most "One Nation" Tories, he opposes dividing society and campaigning on Non-Political / Nonsense issues.
The Conservative Party is now in exactly the same position that The Labour Party were in under Jeremy Corbyn, they are split, divided, fighting one another.
The split is "Traditional Tory" versus "The Populist Right Wing"
Suella Bravermans speech may have gone down well with SOME, but be warned, and mark my words, if the end result of this Tory Civil War finishes with someone like Suella Braverman in charge, it will further shatter and divide British society, pushing it perhaps to dangerous levels.
WE DONT NEED EITHER SUELLA BRAVERMAN'S - OR - JEREMY CORBYN'S We need the common ground, we need moderation and tolerance, and many Tories will recognise exactly what I am saying, and agree with me.

There is nothing unhealthy about being a "broad church".
What is dogging them, is this, they are the party who took us through COVID, and fucked up spectacularly as they did so.
It is likely they will be punished for it.
Sunak is not doing a bad job as leader, but he has inherited a poisoned chalice.
The only thing that will do them any good is Starmer, who is fucking useless.

It went down with the 'MANY', you can thank your lefties for a lot of the problems today, Braverman was absolutely correct when she said that the Blair government handed over our powers to Europe, that is why we can't kick out these illegal migrants, and we can't deport criminals. It has caused civil unrest, we know it wont effect Blair he's safely tucked away in his Ivory Tower, the only party that has divided the UK is the Labour party, we can't undo their mess, they've strangled us with ECHR bureaucracy and red tape.
Now the likes of you want to blame the Tories, it's not going to work, to call you naive would be a total understatement, if you want to blame anyone for the divisions of today, blame Blair.

Braverman has certainly rattled the lefties . They can’t call her a white supremacist either . How frustrating for them.

They wouldn’t even be aware of it.

QUESTION: When did the UK become a signatory to The ECHR ?
ANSWER: When Sir Winston Churchill was Prime Minister in 1953
Abandoning or leaving the ECHR would move the UK further towards what Suella Braverman ( and her type ) would like, a more authoritarian government and society, where the government of the day and other institutions have no one to answer to.
Sometimes The People need protecting from their government, and this is just more far Right claptrap, which would not only split opinion in society, but would also further split The Tory Party.

ECHR is not fit for purpose, it only works in favour of criminals.

It was moderation and tolerance that brought us unlimited immigration, with anyone from anywhere being put up in 5 star hotels at our expense, it was moderation and tolerance that has given us a corrupted and broken NHS system with a perverted gender ideology, it was moderation and tolerance that has destroyed our education system from infants to undergraduates, it was moderation and tolerance that has fragmented the Conservative Party, moderation and tolerance has weakened our Armed Forces and completely rendered the Police impotent.
Neither Labour or the Tories can be trusted to act in the best interests of the people of this country, but certainly their versions of moderation and tolerance is the last thing we need.

The convention is not the problem, the interpretation of it by the 1998 act and that act by our judges is a problem.

The Tories seem to be remembering who they are: Conservatives, not a clone of New Labour.
I welcome this development and I suspect that the rowing back on Net Zero, curtailment of the pointless road schemes and 20mph limits, abolition of inheritance tax and increase in the ISA limits will prove popular with middle England.
Just bring Farage back to the fold and rip up the HRA and a landslide is guaranteed.

It seems like it is the Tory coloured babes who are making the biggest splash at the Tory conference.......More power to their elbows.
