We have a free trade agreement with the EU.
A free trade agreement with the USA will be on top of the trade we have with the EU, i.e. A BONUS.
What's so difficult for you to understand about that?

Not really that expensive, there's no tariffs.
Meanwhile trade with the rest of the world is much easier.

In the 2023 Trade Barrier Index, the UK ranks 8th in the world (the lower the number, the fewer the barriers). It is not beaten by a single member of the EU. |
