not sure the england fans are going to take the ribbing at international matches mate as we all sing no surrender to the EU. Im flattered though you so desperately want to keep scotland you are prepared to give up your britishness in the process my fellow european.
as i said to my mate buccy , time and gain , we scots live in all your heads day and night  I dont know what the big plan is , toomy. I do know that the closer the UK gets to the EU the case for FREEDOM! due to Brexit big plan will start to evaporate. I live far enough from the border not to hear the bagpipes and snats whining. You only live in our heads when we get fed up with taking the piss out of the Welsh you can see my point ben e. You said yourself that the Scottish middle-class is married to the EU and that, post-Brexit, there had been a sea-change in their support for independence. Are you saying that the highest recorded levels of support for Indy in recent years haven't occurred post-Brexit? you cant be bothered? that just about sums you up darling . all talk and no action. you make the claim mate , you back those claims up. We're continually being told that Scotland isn't happy about being dragged out of the EU. You like to remind us of that yourself. So, it seems safe to assume that there is support for a mechanism that would deliver a return to the EU. In short, indy support and support for rejoining are related to some extent. |

Now, go and find those polls that don't count unless they support your position and show us that there wasn't a surge in support for indy after Brexit. you made the claim mate , and im telling you i have no idea of this surge in independence support because of brexit . You have to show me what you are taling about and define surge , and prove scots want out the uk becuase of brexit.
I dont. The european issue is a side issue for me and many folk i know.

Perhaps it escaped your notice that the snp first came to power in 2007 , some 9 years prior to the brexit ref , or how they won their first landlside in 2001 which prompted the indy ref two years prior to brexit. of the three centuries of constant rebellion armed uprisings and political movements for scotland to gain independence.

I notice your choice use of words though , that im taking as a tacit admission of a climb down , where you have went from brexit caused some almighty "surge" your word not mine , in support of scot indy( which you cant back up) to now saying any mitigation of brexit will cause a reduction .
