Unconscious bias? Half this forum contains conscious bias. Well there is one thing for sure if labour gets in the NHS will have diversity up to their necks whilst blairs pfi hospitals come crashing down around their ears. All I can offer in the way of advice is not to get sick or fall ill. |

Make all equality and diversity staff in the public sector redundant.
Stop offering fertility treatment on the NHS.
Stop offering gender reassignment surgeries on the NHS.
That will give the NHS a lot more money for treating cancer patients and other people in need of life saving surgery.
Oh, and when I was born, the midwife was a Jamaican lady.
The NHS didn't need equality and diversity parasites then, and it doesn't need them now.

Lefties tell us that the NHS has so many minorities employees that it would collapse if they left .
Personally I saw the full spectrum of ethnic groups,sexualities and sexual identities in th3 short time I worked in the hospital.
They don’t need to promote Equality, Diversity and Inclusion .
These people are being employed to solve problems that are not there .
