You do know that the NFU isn't a trade union don't you. Well everyone with an IQ over 60 probably does so maybe you don't qualify What is the difference ? It must be the nearest thing to a trade union that a body representing its farmer members could be. Except it's not affiliated to Labour, isn't affiliated to the TUC, doesn't do strikes, doesn't do picketing and isn't registered as a trade union as all trade unions are required to be. You'd think by now you'd know that doesn't walk like a duck, doesn't look like a duck and doesn't quack like a duck is a good test that something isn't a duck.

Trade unions support the EU and mass immigration, which perhaps is why trade union membership is so low. You do know that the NFU isn't a trade union don't you. Well everyone with an IQ over 60 probably does so maybe you don't qualify Another ad hom attack? What's the excuse this time?

It’s the nearest thing to a trade union that a body representing its farmer members could be. Your only objection to this comment about the NFU “ Trade unions support the EU and mass immigration, which perhaps is why trade union membership is so low.” is that the NFU is technically not a trade union .

It's not a trade union. Get used to it, it's actually an employers body.

You do like your inane posting don't you. I’m not the one that missed the original point and moved the argument to whether the NFU was a trade union or not . Instead of being a little insulting pedant , you might have considered the parallels( or not) between the NFU and trade union . Red..Trade unions support the EU and mass immigration, which perhaps is why trade union membership is so low. You..You do know that the NFU isn't a trade union don't you. Well everyone with an IQ over 60 probably does so maybe you don't qualify
and you accuse ME of inane posting …

It is inane and dishonest if you to change the goalpost ( that you thought you scored ) from being a little pedant about whether the RFU was in fact a trade union into what was the actual point that the NFU had the faults of a trade union . Steve “ the NFU isn’t a trade union , you are stupid “ to “ it’s inane if you to think that red said that NFU isn’t a trade union but had the faults of a trade union “. Slippery Steve strikes again 😁

Not like you to jump to conclusions lol. You bracketed it as such when you made this post responding to an NFU point with anti trade union bile. Maybe you have memory issues. The NFU supports its members which surprise surprise are farmers. Do stop whining that so it's so unfair they are pointing out how you and your chums have made life harder for them. Trade unions support the EU and mass immigration, which perhaps is why trade union membership is so low.

I see, lol. So in short, I didn't say the NFU was a trade union. Well there's two possibilities a) you deliberately alluded to it supposedly being like one b) you had (another) senior moment mistakenly ranting about trade unions in response quoting a post about the NFU
