No, I can't. It's impossible to point to an implied term, given it is an intangible. No idea what your LBGT point is. The Nazis were very much opposed to homosexuality. If a religious school employs someone to teach their doctrines, and that person insists on teaching atheism instead, that school is entitled to dismiss him. Schools are entitled to take a political or religious viewpoint and to employ people to propagate that viewpoint. That isn't a restriction on freedom of speech. Dr. Gadow was paid to implement OU's inclusivity policy. She refused to do what she was paid to do, and she was fired as a result. She is entirely free to express her views on the subject. But when she is being paid to express the University's views, she is obligated to do that. |
