This lady has been interviewed by GB News, she makes the point that her Grandfather was sentenced to death by the Nazis for free speech crimes at his University. Erm ... Dr. Gadaw was employed to implement a policy. She refused to do that. That's an entirely different thing. She was perfectly entitled to her 'beliefs'. She wasn't fired for having them. She was fired for failing to do what she was paid to do. |

I guess complete with a large slice of the media and Dr Gadow having her say I won't be needing to come up with anything.As you can listen for yourself and I would bet your questions will be being answered as we speak like magic. Dr. Gadow can say what she pleases. It doesn't mean she had a discretion in respect of her employer's instructions. She was obligated to do what her employer paid her to do in the manner her employer paid her to do it. You should have watched the interview, she came across as a thoughtful intelligent and articulate speaker, which will of course have woke lefties worried because it's everything woke lefties are not. |

Dr. Gadow can say what she pleases. It doesn't mean she had a discretion in respect of her employer's instructions. She was obligated to do what her employer paid her to do in the manner her employer paid her to do it. But if she is paid to implement an inclusivity policy, she is obligated to do just that. The interview provided little insight. She was extremely nervous, and very disjointed as a result. The audience didn't seem to mind, though. They clapped on cue all the same. (I'm not being critical because her nerves got the better of her, just saying her argument wasn't particularly coherent). |

The term implied into every employer/employee contract that the employee will carry out his or her employer's instructions. |
