I can say with a very high degree of statistical probability that Dr. Gadow's contract does not include a term which allows her to disregard her superiors' instructions at her own discretion. I would also guess it doesn't include her superiors moving the goalposts at will. As I said, the goalposts have always been set in a position that allows employers to dismiss employees for refusal to follow instructions. No goalposts have been moved.

I guess we shall see, you might be right on the other hand you might be wrong, society as a whole seems to be pushing back against wokeism.

You'll have to come up with a workable definition of 'woke' first. 'Stuff gammons don't like' is too vague.

I guess complete with a large slice of the media and Dr Gadow having her say I won't be needing to come up with anything. As you can listen for yourself and I would bet your questions will be being answered as we speak like magic.

Dr. Gadow can say what she pleases. It doesn't mean she had a discretion in respect of her employer's instructions. She was obligated to do what her employer paid her to do in the manner her employer paid her to do it.

Nobody's trying to stop her. Only her employers. I haven't been following the latest. Did her employer's apply for a gagging order? If one was refused, that's only a secondary point. Do you have a source that says she is entitled to opt out of her contractual obligation to obey her employer's instructions. Does she have some sort of statutory recourse? If so, what is it?

I told you I don't know what her contractual obligations are, red will tell me in a bit. Fairly obviously her employers tried to gag her by demanding how she was allowed to teach her craft though.

They tried to gag her by insisting she comply with her contractual obligations in respect of their inclusivity policies? That's a stretch, to say the least.

Maybe, but probably not as much of a stretch as calling wokeism inclusive which it certainly isn't as any gammon will know.

This lady has been interviewed by GB News, she makes the point that her Grandfather was sentenced to death by the Nazis for free speech crimes at his University.

It's just a word gammons use for stuff they don't like.
