First I've heard of that myself (no, that’s unfair, ItaliannTelecom paid on the nail, the only trouble i had was with an italian CEO of a british outfit who thought he could screw me and now has a record of a night in the cells)
So anyway, seems four Italian scum disgraced their country in ALBANIA of all places and so the Italian government paid the £68 bill leaving their foreign minister able to make the statement i used as the thread title.
Still Sounds fishy though.
