You are correct mate.....And this is from a pro climate bunch of twats......Here is the link to the source. The krouts are still in the EUSSR and are one of the high ranking culprits for high emmisions...
Why the UK's 1% of global emissions is a big deal 06 Oct. 2021 It's often claimed the UK, at 1% of global emissions, is too small to have an impact, often followed by 'what about China?'. But there's so much wrong with that calculation...

Nice link Jonksy, although it doesn't mention the EU it does show how polluting the EU state of Germany is. Hardly surprising when you consider how much coal they burn, but ffs don't tell Oracle. I already answered this. That's not a tin hat you are wearing. That is a seive.

The UK hasn't built a commercial nuclear reactor for almost thirty years. It's lost the necessary skill sets and will have to depend on the French for any future reactors.
A similar story for many industries in which the UK was once a leader - from locomotives to airliners.

Dan, we still have nuclear scientists in our country. It can be done. Furthermore there's now the knowledge of molten salt - Thorium reactors. Those cannot be used to create fissile material for nuclear bombs, but, the reactor meltdown problem of conventional nuclear power stations isn't a risk either.
We could if we wanted, do it. Problem is the green lobby don't like nuclear power.

Handing the keys to the EU's energy supplies to a brutal dictatorship, was not the finest moment in recent history. The coal divestment policy was stupid. Vinny needs to understand that Germany is not the EU. if it is not, then why, everybtime the head honcho of the bundesbank shouts jump, do the european council and all five presidents shout back ‘how high’
