I have no idea why you keep talking about rejoining.
I doubt you would get approval from all 27 even if your application got as far as a vote.
The UK has enough to sort out now it is "sovereign" without spending energy wishing to rejoin.

The EU hasn't come out with a left wing policy since the 90's and hilariously lefties love it.

It is an undemocratic badly run bureaucracy in which ordinary voters have no effect upon policy direction whatsoever.
