I don't understand why the police are 'negotiating' with him. What's to negotiate? Why don't they just cut the cuffs off him, throw him to the deck handcuff him with a good dose of CS and throw him in a van, job done. Why? - just leave him where he is. He is not hurting anyone is he?

A lefty was criticising someone for using a single use plastic drinking straw, he said in rather distressed tones; you will use that straw once and it will end up in the sea and choke a turtle! The drinker stopped sucking on his straw and said, it's not single use then is it.
