I don't understand why the police are 'negotiating' with him. What's to negotiate? Why don't they just cut the cuffs off him, throw him to the deck handcuff him with a good dose of CS and throw him in a van, job done. Why? - just leave him where he is. He is not hurting anyone is he? |

Why? - just leave him where he is. He is not hurting anyone is he? There's less chance of anyone getting hurt if they can just calm him down. It's not like he's going to run off. It is going to be a real July day today, I get the feeling he would soon be asking to get unlocked about midday. |

LOL, excellent. Reminds me of something I recently heard... A lefty was criticising someone for using a single use plastic drinking straw, he said in rather distressed tones; you will use that straw once and it will end up in the sea and choke a turtle! The drinker stopped sucking on his straw and said, it's not single use then is it. |
