So, basically the man was as ignorant as everyone assumed, and his boring tirades on here were lazy. The "Benefits of Brexit" thread is as relevant to the EU board as any remoaning thread, because we're selling more to it than we did as members. We sold £340 billion last year, significantly more than the £223.3 billion we sold them in the last year before the referendum which adjusted for inflation works out at £297 billion in 2023 money. The UK CPTPP thread is not relevant to the EU board which is why I did not post it on here, I posted it on World View. Anyone is welcome to join that thread and discuss it. Weren't you one of the people who offered to set up a new forum when news came that the old forum was going to shut down? LOL! Imagine the state it would be in if that had happened. Everyone you have on ignore would have been banned. The forum would be down to about 15 members at this point. You tirelessly post threads in this part of the forum that have zero to do with the EU. But you're the first to moan if you think someone else has done it.

Admit that remoaning was a mistake. Brexit is working. The UK economy is growing. 60% want to rejoin. You're a minority, Iggy. A winning minority...

Brexit is working. Polls (with leading questions) are irrelevant. There isn't going to be another in / out referendum in the foreseeable future. Even Labour aren't campaigning to rejoin. Get over it.

Last time we discussed this you demonstrated that you don't even know what a leading question is, Iggy.

There isn't going to be another in / out referendum in the foreseeable future. No, but Labour will deliver Brino. The Withdrawal Agreement comes up for renewal every five years. Leading Labour figures are already suggesting they are working on that.

He had no problems achieving it with his 80 seat majority. Amazing he got it with 60% wanting to re-join the EU.

Actually he was honest. The withdrawal agreement was ready to go, or "oven baked" as he put it. And since the referendum our exports to the EU have risen remarkably.
Any problems we're suffering now are due to the legacy of the Covid pandemic and the war in Ukraine which have resulted in higher fuel prices and inflation.
Brexit is a success despite grumpy lying losers.

The Withdrawal Agreement was published on 17th October 2019 - the General Election was on 12th December. Everybody knew what they were voting for.
