A "Cabinet Office Inquiry" is simply another name for a "Conservative Party Inquiry", about as impartial as a Turkey voting for Christmas.
Though I admitt it does sound rather official

Who did she stab in the back? Everyone she ever came across according to Whitehall, I would hazard a guess they should know.

Though I admitt it does sound rather official Until all enquiries are undertaken by bodies truly independent of the Westminster bubble and certainly not by place men from that bubble you’ll never get anything near to fair or balanced. Self regulation is the joke that it is and the ongoing misuse of expense, the honours? system is testament to that.

...and just like that, conservatives care about rules again. So long as it isn't Boris unlawfully proroguing parliament or having parties during lockdown. Did he, I thought it was found guilty after the event

Corruption, sleaze, corporate fascism, these are the methods Labour meant as no holds barred. I have to admit, I didn't expect them to go full blown like this, but at least we know Labour is the most fascist, repulsive and anti-democratic movement in the country that relies on total corruption to screw the people.

She broke the Civil Service code by failing to disclose her contacts with the Labour Party - the only difference of opinion with ACOBA was the length of time she has to wait before joining the Labour Party. The government wanted 12 months - ACOBA decided on 6. She disclosed them to the relevant authorities, not the irrelevant ones. Did you answer any of the questions? No she did not

No she did not She did not talk to ACOBA then, that is the authority that deals with civil servants changing jobs, not the Tory cabinet office looking to score political points. Or do you think it should have just been the cabinet office that looked into it?
