Sit down and have a rest. 😂 So far 3,680 people have crossed illegally into Britain in 86 boats in 2023. Enough to fill a shopping centre.
At least 45,755 people crossed illegally in around 1,106 boats in 2022. Enough to fill a decent sized football stadium.
A population the size of a city – at least 88,569 people– have been disclosed as coming uninvited by boat since 1 January 2018. That's not a city it's a large village.
In context there are 135 000 police officers in England and Wales and I hardly ever see one. 😂 The Tories want you to think there are masses coming over, indeed an invasion to keep you happy. It is about the population of Shrewsbury and a couple of surrounding villages. This has 32 GP practices with close to 300 doctors, three hospitals with about 15,000 clinical staff and 2000 support staff with local services required. It is also not enough. 86,000 people need at least 30,000 accommodation units, 7 ot 8 schools, day care etc etc. That's in 5 years how many have left? 500,000. |

We have always had immigrants trying to sneak into this country, a proper staffed and funded working border force would all but eliminate this problem.
