Ive just read about the Corbyn activists at Glastonbury, and the Corbyn conspiracy theories, then theres wokery, socialism, David Icke, that Labour bloke on qustion time, Alistair whatever...... Gordon Brown, Blair, Theresa May......i could go on all day. When you apply maturity and common sense to what they say, they do come out as stark raving bonkers. Is the world in the grip of an un diagnosed mass mental illness? There is another factor, that at root most people are just plain evil. Taking those two things into account, its not good is it. Have a good day. I have posited on numerous occasions that leftism is in fact a mental illness.
However, I've mellowed with age and now accept that it's a spectrum ranging from psycopathy through bog standard doolallyness to plain old stupidity.
And every post by it's practitioners (or should that be sufferers) tends to confirm my hypothesis.

It would be an act of kindness if someone would teach The Squeezed Middle the difference between the Left and Right. No gammon left behind!

The political spectrum which encompasses "The Left" or even "The Right" would include political ideals and beliefs which very, very wide apart.
This is why the Labour Party had a Civil War during the time of Jeremy Corbyn, and its also why the Conservative Party is having a Civil War right now, which many within the party are trying to keep a lid upon.
As a Left leaning person, I am certainly no fan of Jeremy Corbyn, Stop The War, CND, Momentum, Socialist Workers Party or Arthur Scargill. Most Tory supporters are not supporters of Britain First, The BNP or other far right groups.
Conclusion: Dont assume everyone who is either Left leaning or Right leaning are extremists or cranks

As a Left leaning person, I am certainly no fan of Jeremy Corbyn, did you vote for him? - Starmer did, he thought Corbyn (and his antisemitism) would make a great PM.

Now theres a very interesting question For many Left leaning people, this was a conundrum, including me, so in the 2017 general election I reluctantly voted Labour, and I did the same thing in 2019. So what was the alternative ?, do you think a person with my views, a pro European would vote Conservative instead. ? Sometimes you place your vote in a tactical way In local elections and in the European election I voted Lib Dem But now I am very happy to vote Labour again

Surely the alternative was to vote LibDem?

Your arrogant post also explains 'rightism' so clearly, pity you can only see one side of the coin.

I suppose he might have voted LibDem - it is after all a secret ballot.

Alistair Campbell and Tony Blair are about as far removed from David Icke or Jeremy Corbyn as what Nigel Farage or Jacob Rees Mogg are from Kenneth Clarke or Michael Heseltine. THe days of Jeremy Corbyn having influence over the Labour Party are now in the past, we have moved on Yes, it's all about her penis and racial politics with Labour now. Also, Tony Blair is a war criminal. David Icke writes books, which could well be works of fiction. He has killed or ordered the killing of no one, and trying to associate him with Farage only highlights the fact that you have the mind of a child. __"Tony Blair is a war criminal."__ That's a lie, why post it?

When you have watched a government spend 9 years destroying our public services, privatising what was once OUR state owned health service, by giving contracts to THEIR friends, or to companies which THEY have interests in, or to private companies that donate big wads of cash to the Tory Party.
And when the previous vote in your constituency looked like this >> CON 24,401 - LAB 20,966 - LibDem 1,354
Would YOU vote Lib Dem ?

__"Tony Blair is a war criminal."__ That's a lie, why post it? so was tonys weapons of mass destruction in iraq. So thanks for showing you have do not have enough knowledge to comment on Blair / Iraq invasion. (Your source of information is flawed). Blair never claimed in his own right that Iraq had WMD. His comments on WMD were based upon the information fed to him by the Intelligence Agency and the fact that Blix and the UN Inspectors were still looking for WMD in March 2003. just weeks before the invasion.
