LOL! It's how the law works. If what the NHS is doing were unreasonable, they would be open to an action in tort. The law will judge reasonableness by reference to current medical knowledge. LOL! the NHS is run by the loony lefties so what do you expect, they'll go along with any freak of nature or woke snowflake cause as long as it gives the a 'X LABOUR' at the ballot box, Tony Blair made sure the NHS was going to flat-line, and flat-line it has ........... CHEERS Tony and CHEERS the Labour party. If I needed confirmation that I'm right, I got it when you weighed in on the opposite side of the argument.

Yes, but an opinion has to be based on something. It is the Dunning-Kruger effect if you think you know better than trained professionals. Of course, your remark about adding to the suicide rate also comes within the Dunning-Kruger effect. Your remark that you 'should prevent' me from pointing out that it is the Dunning-Kruger effect because I am not a medical professional simply makes no sense. A medical qualification is not required in that situation. Now you’re just talking nonsense, because not all medical professionals agree with this nonsense, some very qualified psychiatrists disagree very openly with what is being taught in some schools, so no, it’s not what you say at all.I mean, I’ve not checked his videos but I’m fairly certain if I did, Jordan Peterson would call any claims incredulous and so if the medical community doesn’t agree, maybe it’s you who should reassess their certainty on this matter because while the past ten years might have been people threatened into silence over this topic, it seems the world is waking up and refuting a lot of this nonsense. I wonder if darling finds this acceptable to teach our children?
Twelve-year-olds are being taught about anal sex in school while nine-year-olds are told to 'masturbate' for homework: The shocking lesson plans used by teachers in UK classrooms
EXCLUSIVE: Schools across Britain taught kids to masturbate and have anal sex Teachers have also 'indoctrinated' children with false claims about biological sex
choolchildren are being taught about anal sex and orgasms before they have reached puberty and set 'masturbation' as homework, secretive lesson plans reveal.
Many teachers are 'indoctrinating' children with scientifically false claims about biological sex, presenting gender as fluid and furthering a narrative that people can be born in the wrong body.
It comes as the NHS is facing a mass legal action from 1,000 families who claim their children were rushed into taking life-changing puberty blockers' by the Tavistock Centre.
MailOnline has found graphic teaching material — including a sex manual for pre-teens — being taught to children in classes around the UK.
It follows a concerned mother being denied the right to see the content of the lessons being taught to her 15-year-old daughter in her Relationships and Sex Education (RSE) classes, which became compulsory three years ago.
Despite a judge refusing Clare Page the right to see the material, MailOnline can reveal that a wealth of questionable teaching resources are already available online.
Colouring books, word searches and cartoon drawings have also been given to young girls and boys by 'activist teachers' in their 'overarching mission to sexualise children in the name of inclusion'.
Since September 2020, Relationships Education has been compulsory in primary schools and RSE mandatory in secondary schools. The change left many teaching staff seeking guidance.
The void was filled by charities — some harbouring unconventional views on biological sex and sharing material on their websites that references underage sex.

jonksyWhoever is partaking in any of that should be lined up against the wall and shot for sexualizing children. I appreciate what I'm about to say, does not apply to the vast majority of gays or lesbians, but with that, there are a number of LGBT's who have a very sinister agenda of over-sexualizing young children, and this has to stop. They're pedophiles and need to be frankly, put in prison. No one should be teaching nine-year-olds to masturbate, I mean seriously, wtf. Let children have a childhood for gods sake.

Just as I said a few weeks ago “ overarching mission to sexualise children in the name of inclusion'.“ . It’s a paedophiles charter . Let Jonny become Jenny before puberty , let Jenny/ Jonny express ‘ their’ sexuality after puberty in the name of inclusion . They are not liberating children , they are indulging themselves .

This is one of the reasons I gave up on religeon mate. The main reason was shortly after starting school there was the Abafam disaster where school children were saying their prayers in assembly and were swamped by thousands of tons of mining spoil. I can remember that night on TV some holy Joe stated that they were needed by Jesus. Blimey as the holocaust was less than 25 years prior. Even the most ardent sadist would have been satified by such a hign influx at the so called St petes gate. And of course the RC were complicit in this horrendous event by not speaking out about the atrocities and fiding safe routes for the perprotators to get to South America mainly Argentina. And the RC are renowned for turning a blind eye to their own perverts in their midst. And that includes many of the popes we have had.

Einhorn Do you have any long-term studies or data that show cutting the cocks of teenagers actually helps anyone? Given that it is you who is second guessing professional medical opinion, the onus rests on you to demonstrate that it is on balance more harmful than beneficial. It will not be sufficient to demonstrate that some people have regretted the procedure. This is true of every voluntary medical procedure. It does not mean that the medical profession is wrong to facilitate that procedure. As I said, I would never advise anyone to undergo such a procedure. But, at the same time, I understand that the medical profession is in a much superior position to understand what best practice will be.

The law of tort is made by the judiciary for the most part. The law of negligence is a judicial creation. If there is not a general consensus of medical opinion that the procedure is good practice, liability in the tort of negligence will lie. It will not be necessary that the whole profession should agree on the matter.

What I understand of the laws surrounding this, I have gleaned from the NHS site I linked earlier. That site indicates that such a procedure would not be available in the UK. At least, that's the impression I got.
