Indeed. The sum of the consequences of Brexit was leaving the EU. I think the word โ abusive โ was quite apt. My argument was fine , your inability to see it is stupid . Stop living in the past and look to the future . Leaving the EU was and is Brexit. You like playing the victim, so yeah, you'd say "abusive." The EU abused the UK, boo hoo! You have no argument. You're just playing semantics and I'm just indulging you. Was Brexit , not is. Yes boo boo but thatโs in the past . Oh ,but not for Ex remainers it seems ๐

We could have asked the EU for an extension of the transition period and concentrated on Covid ....... blah blah yada yada etc etc... Oh Christ she's here again, Ursula's soothsayer with more predictions of eternal doom and everlasting damnation for the independent UK. The fact that no country in the world was 'prepared' for a global pandemic doesn't matter, it's irrelevant. Ursula's soothsayer must at all times focus on the UK and only the UK, which is fortunate given the performance of the EU. The EUโs Covid vaccination rollout received intense criticism for failing to keep pace with the vaccination programmes of other countries, notably the UK. But like I said, that's irrelevant. Gnome, you're like a stuck record that goes on and on and on and on...

I won't stoop down your level, mate. But if you're going to quote me, do not edit my statements and make them it appear as though I said them. You don't have to sink that low. All you have to do to get people's attention and for them to show respect and consideration to your comments by responding to them is to post something with sense. They don't have to be intelligent.

Article 50 was triggered in March 2017, of course plans for no deal came before preparations for Covid, nobody knew about Covid 19 in 2017.
Another fucking silly "I don't like Brexit, woe is me, I love EU" load of bollocks.

The entire planet except for Africa was facing a pandemic. The wise, prudent, pragmatic thing to do would have been to pause Brexit. Extending the transition period in order to concentrate on the pandemic would not have killed anyone. But obviously, The Cult had to take precedence over what was literally killing people.
