Do you have a crystal ball? How do you know they were "just playing"? Maybe they had committed a crime and were getting away on the scooter... The gist of the thread (at the time) was a comparison to why 'criminals' namely Just stop oil were breaking the law on a daily basis and the police were doing NOTHING, the point I was sarcastically making, we actually watched the police doing their jobs for once chasing 'kids on scooters', but hey-ho I see it's gone whhoosh over some posters heads. well hang on i made the point that those tossers - and the others who failed to avoid an ambulance in Stockton (??) a few days later - had committed multiple moving traffic offences in the original ‘the boys are out in cardiff’ thread If a 17 year old riding a motorbike had behaved like this the green lobby would be the first to deplore their illegal acts. But because they were riding illegal electric bikes no one makes the statement Complete fucking hypocrisy |

Admittedly there were a couple of things they didn’t have a cat in hell’s chance of making stick as well but nonetheless. Yesterday evening one of these twats rode his machine on the pavement, then into the road, on the wrong side of the road, in darkness, without lights, at well over forty, nearer fifty judging how fast he pulled away from me, into oncoming traffic and right past a fucking police station where two coppers were getting into a panda car. By which i mean a vehicle not equipped for pursuit. And they did absolutely fuck all. The least they could have done is whatbthey would have done had it been a motorbike, and radioed forca chase car from the squad opposite the crown court. They don't bother when its those fucking illegal off road things either. |

One of my neighbours the other day John was stopped because he didn't have his lights on when it was getting dark and he was in a well lit area. His car like many thse days has a dash that is lit up like a a christmas tree even if the sidelights are off. He got a frigging ticket to visit a MOT station so they could veryfi his lights were were working OK. That cost him a fucking fiver because the brainless plod haven't got the fucking brains to check his lights were working for themselves. Where do the plod find these usless arseholes hey now allow into their ranks?
