You are conferring a motive on someone with the only proof being your own belief. As regards race issues that is the usual way it works in that people are guilty of the crime of intent with no proof. The only thing that has come out of this, that people have realised (and shocked) what the police are actually wasting their time doing.
It's a insult and a slap in the face for everyone who has been the victims of 'real crimes' when they see the plod in full force confiscating teddy bears... it's a fuckin utter disgrace,
