Why do people have to account for behaving in a legal manner? The private citizen's only obligation is to the law in pursuance of his own living. No it isn't, not IF it is going to, or bears the ability to, cause distress to others. He can consider that of course but he has no obligation other than what is prohibited by law. |

So although some may not like it it is not illegal. This ties in with many things I do not like people doing but are not illegal, we live with it, we call this tolerance. |

I agree, despite B4's mendacious attack on me alleging the contrary I have repeatedly said that the police were out of order as no law was apparently being broken. The Essex police allege it was a Public order section 4A breach but unless there is something that went on other than positioning the dolls then there's no section 4A offence. It is almost impossible to see how a non verbal non gory display could be a contravention of 4A |
