I guess you might remember her she failed economically and socially yet the electorate were apparently so ill informed the country had to wait for her own party to get rid of her. |

There’s nothing wrong with controlled immigration or genuine asylum seekers but I guess this newly elected (it did say democrat didn’t it ?) Possibly sees all as chancers,illegals and criminals.

A few years ago I would have agreed with you. But not anymore, patience has run out. In the last four years over 75,000 illegals have crossed the channel from the safe EU state of France, and let's not forget this is the official figure. The actual figure will be much, much higher. People in this country are suffering with the cost of living and heating bills, yet the government are paying £5 billion a year to house illegals in warm comfortable hotels. Again, that' the official fig, I'm told the actual fig is likely to be c£8 billion. We are being taken for a ride, and we're getting pissed off with it. |

I'm surprised at how ignorant a lot of people are about nationalists. They can't tell the difference between nationalist and neo-nazi. (They are struggling with this vis a vis the Ukraine and Russia.) Everyone who isn't a communist is a nazi and a racist. It's hugely myopic. I don't know whether it's ignorance or deliberation. Maybe both. It's similar to presuming that all left wing people are communists and must die. (An American problem.) All socialists are scum, etc.
All groups contain individuals who may associate or join with certain things because they have ideas and ideals in common. Usually, when those ideas are no longer held in common and the outfit gets infiltrated and ruined, the people with certain ideas in common with certain stated ideals of any group will leave, pronto.
This is something most angries on both sides of the centre refuse to acknowledge. I have been referred to as both far left and far right when I am neither. It's almost always a question of sheer prejudice being upheld as useful to whomever is supporting something else. This is why politics seldom works for any length of time before it implodes, often by self-destruction.
And holding animosity against individuals for ever because they uphold certain ideals, both left and right, is not a good way to secure anything beyond the tired old factions that keep on coming back like bad pennies because people seem to like having someone to trash. They are on the net doing this 24/7 and they are a pain in the arse, apart from the fact that they are preventing any hope of change. I have to presume that this is their aspiration. To attack and target anyone or anything without recourse to facts in order to keep the hostility active and stop anyone from upsetting the apple carts of those already entrenched in power, who will simply continue to reincarnate themselves until whole nations go tits up.

When you're pictured next to the leader of the National Front, there's no way you're far right. The National Front aren't at all Far Right anyway and are left wing communists who love Pol Pot.
And Putin never had caused a genocide in Ukraine, Srebrenica was fake, African countries under colonialism were paradises on earth, the BNP are not, and have never been, racist. Boris was a great leader. And tabasco cures COVID.
Can't disagree with those sentiments.

I agree we cannot absorb the numbers of people getting in, no Government to date has addressed the problem of legal immigration and illegal migrants coming in basically at will, some cannot understand why we have so many people living on our streets, bunking down on a mate's sofa or still living with their parents, because there is not enough housing to go round which if why the cost of buying your own home is very high. My son had to move out of London in order to find a house he could buy which means he has a 50-mile commute to work and back six days a week, his mortgage is very high, he did consider moving up North to find cheaper housing but finding well paid work was not available, many youngsters today may never ever be in a position to own their own home, or find a decent school for their kids that has a vacancy . |

Maybe I should have added: Unless concern over immigration is considered "Far Right". Which to the Far Left of course, it is. You are so far to the right that you probably find Vlad the Impaler a bit too middle of the road. You probably think Hitler was a socialist. And Augusto Pinochet a fine upstanding guy. I doubt whether very much could ever be far enough to the right to be labelled far right in your book. But far left probably includes anyone to the left of Pinochet, lol.
